As Trade Payables Product VP, you will lead the development and commercialization of payables solutions, with Supply Chain Finance at its core. You will shape the product strategy across global markets, coordinating withOrigination, COO, Risk and other SCIB teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.You will stay ahead of industry trends, drive innovation, and partner with fintechs to create cutting-edge offerings. This role offers visible impact in a dynamic, risk-aware, technology-driven environment.

- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep products cutting-edge
- Lead innovation initiatives, adopting new technologies and methodologies
- End-to-end product delivery from ideation to go-to-market and cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate with Origination, COO, Risk, Legal, and other SCIB areas to ensure product integration and execution
- Build and prioritize the product development pipeline
- Support client engagement through materials, RFPs, and events
- Collaborate with external partners, fintechs, and industry experts for innovative solutions
- 5–8 years in a front-office role in a financial institution or equivalent
- Experience in Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Payables or related areas
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration (preferred)
- Spanish and English proficiency; knowledge of a third language valued
- Deep knowledge of Trade Payables and Supply Chain Finance solutions and other working capital products
- Strong analytical, innovation mindset, and ability to apply tech trends to product design
- Experience with APIs, Blockchain/Digital Assets, AI, ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle), and P2P platforms (Ariba, Coupa) preferred
- Ability to travel internationally for client meetings and conferences
