In this role you will be the on-site IT System Engineer supporting clients and contracts in Madrid. You act as the first on-site contact, delivering professional, reliable service and ensuring proper documentation and project handoffs. You will balance on-site and remote work while identifying risks and collaborating with R&D to resolve issues.Your work helps maintain hospital workflows and ICT infrastructure in a highly demanding healthcare setting.

- Provide on-site and remote support for clients and contracts
- Identify risk analyses and communicate problems effectively
- Collaborate with R&D to resolve issues and perform risk assessment
- Ensure accurate forwarding of project documentation to all stakeholders, including feature-specific docs
- Maintain IT network and system configurations in hospital environments
- 2+ years experience in managing complex customers and hospital workflows
- Good knowledge of IT network and domain
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux/Unix, SQL, scripting, DNS server
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plus)
- Oracle DBA or Oracle database expertise is a bonus
