You’ll drive AI-enabled development and explore agentic AI to boost productivity without compromising code quality. This position offers impact across patients and healthcare professionals in a mission-driven health-tech environment.

• Build and maintain application functionality.
• Design scalable RESTful APIs and Data Streaming solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Platform teams for automated deployment, redeployment, and recovery via infrastructure as code.
• Work with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine features and deliver outcomes.
• Write high-quality, testable code with a test automation-first mindset and AI-assisted productivity while maintaining ownership.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues; analyze problems to improve processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning).

• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Node.js)
• Proficiency in frontend languages (TypeScript and/or React)
• Experience with HTTP, HTML, CSS, REST APIs and JSON/OpenAPI
• MongoDB or document-based storage experience
• Unit testing and BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
• Experience with AI as a developer to maximize productivity
• Experience with agentic AI systems
• Data streaming experience (Kafka or similar)
• AWS tooling
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of OOP and Agile methodologies
• 10+ years of software development experience
