As Global Account Manager for AWS Energy in Iberia, you drive executive engagement and strategic outcomes for a top global energy client. You will orchestrate cross-functional AWS resources to advance cloud adoption, manage the account across business groups, and sustain executive sponsorship.You’ll operate at CXO level to align IT, business leadership, and partners with a clear transformation vision. This role offers impact across the energy value chain by shaping added-value cloud propositions.

- Sell at the most strategic level within the account and implement a broad, credible strategy for customer acceptance and service delivery.
- Coordinate with AWS resources (Executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, Support, Professional Services) to support customer interests.
- Maintain dotted-line oversight of downstream sales and technical resources across distributed geographies.
- Define an CXO relationship strategy, engage the AWS senior leadership team for executive sponsorship, and drive executive business reviews to sustain customer satisfaction.
- 10+ years in sales and account management with a proven track record
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas business (upstream, midstream, downstream)
- Experience as lead account/relationship manager of a large/complex global organization in a consulting services or technology company
- Experience selling to line of business executives and technology leaders
- Strong understanding of AWS and/or technology-as-a-service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
