- Develop strategic, account-based plans with marketing to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with GSI and SI partners to expand the ecosystem
- Act as trusted advisor by mapping IT roadmaps and driving Snowflake adoption
- Qualify leads and develop new opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- Lead executive-level discussions and positioning with CXO audiences
- Manage sales process and close opportunities
- Maintain ongoing account management to ensure satisfaction and maximize revenue streams
- 10-15+ years of field sales experience in data or cloud-related tech
- Experience handling strategic, complex customers with cross-functional teams
- Experience leading regional sales account teams
- Proven track record closing seven-figure, multi-year deals and building strategic account plans
- Ability to diagnose customer requirements and articulate business value/ROI
- Proven success in transformational, consultative selling and complex negotiations
- Executive-level relationship management with C-level stakeholders
- Experience coordinating with internal partners (sales, marketing, value engineering, legal)
- Extensive experience with large Financial Services / Banking customers
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
