In this role you will lead proactive executive talent sourcing to build diverse candidate slates for VP–EVP roles within Iron Mountain’s internal boutique Talent Acquisition function. You will partner with senior hiring leaders and HR partners to translate business needs into targeted search strategies and deliver a premium candidate experience.You will own specific executive searches from outreach to offer negotiation, guiding organizations through a fast-moving leadership journey. This position offers global scope, remote eligibility, and a chance to shape leadership at a transformative company focused on sustainable, high-impact outcomes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Execute global strategic sourcing and market intelligence to map competitor organizations and identify passive executive talent
- Partner with Hiring Executives and HR Business Partners to translate business needs into actionable search strategies and diverse candidate slates
- Lead executive searches independently, managing the candidate lifecycle from outreach through to offer negotiation, with a high-touch experience
- 6+ years in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources with at least 4 years in executive hiring
- Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Workday)
- Experience developing impactful presentations for executive audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise senior leaders in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership hiring
