In this Data Engineer role within Glovo's Quick Commerce team, you design and operate scalable data pipelines and support ML-driven catalog and image recognition initiatives. You work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure training data quality and production consistency, enabling faster catalog updates and smarter product assortments.You’ll contribute to an AI-enabled platform that accelerates revenue growth across markets. This position offers hands-on ML exposure with a path toward an ML Engineer leadership track as the product matures.

- Create production-grade feature pipelines to align training and inference data

- Contribute to the long-term vision of image recognition products while delivering short-term, measurable business impact
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years as Data Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer
- Advanced SQL and distributed processing framework knowledge
- Clean, maintainable Python coding skills
- Strong problem-solving for performance, scalability, maintainability, and business impact
