As a Partnership Sales Executive at Web Summit in Dublin, you will drive revenue by securing strategic partner relationships with leading tech brands and organisations. You’ll own the full sales cycle, develop GTM plans, and contribute to Web Summit’s global expansion.You’ll work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for partners and elevate their brand at our world-class events. This role offers a clear impact in shaping partnerships with Fortune 500s, scale-ups, and government agencies within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Develop and own monthly and quarterly business development plans to hit revenue targets
- Identify and prospect leading companies to partner at our events
- Build relationships with senior executives and events professionals (e.g., CIOs, Marketing VPs)
- Lead discovery and solutioning based on partner priorities and available products
- Articulate Web Summit’s diverse and technical audience value
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to implement go-to-market strategies
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Contribute to Web Summit's global expansion strategy as part of a close-knit team
- Direct B2B sales experience in tech or events
- 3+ years of proven success in high growth or scale-up environments
- Consistent track record of meeting targets and KPIs
- Experience in complex sales with multiple channels and stakeholders
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management using a CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot)
- Genuine interest in technology and a growth mindset
- Uncapped commission structure (40%–100%+ beyond base)
