Partners Account Executive Italian Market (Milan/Padua)

Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive growth by identifying and developing partner opportunities in Italy, building strong partner relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. You will lead multi-stakeholder discussions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help position Factorial as the go-to HR platform in the Italian market.You’ll visit partners in the Northeast Italy region and contribute to a scalable channel sales ecosystem with data-driven insights.

- Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners across departments to align goals
- Develop strategic partnership plans and account strategies to exceed growth objectives
- Conduct frequent on-site visits to partners in Northeast Italy
- Engage with C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders to negotiate win-win agreements
- Use consultative approaches to guide partners through decision-making with tailored solutions
- Collaborate with SDRs, Product, Marketing, CX, and Leadership to align strategies
- Provide accurate forecasting and activity reporting to track progress and revenue contribution
- Support Italian market expansion by identifying new partnerships and positioning Factorial as HR software leader
- Proficient level of Italian and professional English
- 3–5 years of Sales Experience as an Account Executive
- Negotiation and deal-closing expertise with a proven track record
- Tech-savvy and passionate about digital innovation
- Active listening, presentation skills, and ability to craft strategic messages
- Data-driven mindset with forecasting and pipeline management experience
- Detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, self-motivated
- Ambitious to grow within an exciting team and contribute to continuous improvement
