In this Software Product Manager role, you will lead end-to-end product development and ensure delivery aligns with the roadmap. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to create high-quality software on time and within scope.You’ll translate customer feedback into actionable requirements, guide feature prioritization, and shape the product roadmap. You’ll monitor key metrics and provide mentorship to junior team members while advising on portfolio strategy across the product lifecycle.
This role offers an opportunity to influence product strategy in a cross-functional, collaborative environment in Barcelona.

- Mentor junior product team members
- Advise on portfolio strategy across the full product lifecycle
- Product management experience in software or digital product development
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with product and project management and the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in JIRA, Kanban, and sprint planning
- Risk management and delivery planning capabilities
- Continuous improvement and automation mindset
- Experience with sustainability-related applications
- Educated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
