In this role you support the full lifecycle of EGM products across the EMEA region, contributing to market analysis, requirements, and release coordination. You’ll work closely with the Global Gaming Product organization to keep the EGM portfolio competitive and compliant.You gain exposure to strategy, customer engagement, and regional operations, with a clear path toward a Product Manager role. This position combines gaming, technology, and product development in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be based in Spain with opportunities to travel, making a meaningful impact on product delivery across markets.

- Track new game releases, product updates, and industry developments
- Assist in business cases and competitive assessments
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity
- Document and organise functional requirements for products
- Coordinate product and game releases across EMEA markets
- Support launches, end‑of‑sale and end‑of‑life planning
- Prepare internal and external product documentation
- Provide admin and operational support to the Product Management team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong interest in gaming, entertainment tech, or product innovation
- 0–2 years’ experience in Product Management, Gaming, or Technology (preferred but not essential)
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
