In this role you will drive Sener’s growth in the in-space operations market, promoting our mechanisms, RF and avionics product lines. You will build strategic partnerships and pursue opportunities through ESA and EC technology programs, expanding our international presence.You will represent Sener at symposia and conferences to raise awareness of our capabilities and support customers in ESA/EC initiatives. You will lead proposal preparation, support internal R&D, and maintain CRM databases to enable informed decision-making.
This role offers international projects and a clear path to impact our revenue and technology roadmap.

- Drive strategic partnerships with key customers and suppliers for long-term growth
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to refine business strategies
- Lead identification and pursuit of opportunities from early detection to contract award
- Represent Sener at international symposia and conferences to increase capability awareness
- Provide technical and commercial support to ESA and EC program customers (Space Transportation, Space Safety)
- Lead preparation of proposals for institutional and private initiatives with high success potential
- Oversee and contribute to internal R&D efforts aligned with future space market needs
- Maintain and update internal databases on customer relations and business opportunities
- MSc in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or related fields)
- Experience in GNC techniques for close-proximity operations (relative navigation)
- Knowledge of rendezvous and docking system interfaces
- Experience within the European space ecosystem (market and industry)
- Familiarity with ESA space transportation, space safety, and technology programs
- Proven track record preparing proposals for ESA, EC, national programs, and research grants
- Ability to develop market projections and R&D roadmaps in telecommunications domain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
