Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive the digitalization of drivetrain manufacturing by designing and maintaining the core data infrastructure that supports operations. You will define high-level designs and roadmaps, build scalable data pipelines, and ensure data quality while guiding technical decisions.

With a focus on operational data platforms, you will translate business needs into robust, cloud-enabled solutions within an industrial environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable real-time analytics and operational excellence.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Design and maintain the data architecture for the Drivetrain domain aligned with digitalization objectives
Develop roadmaps for operational data platforms and select appropriate technologies
Build and optimize scalable, secure data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and enable real-time analytics
Implement containerized platform components with Infrastructure as Code and ensure reliability through testing and performance tuning
Establish and enforce data governance for quality, security, and compliance with stakeholder documentation
Lead and mentor data professionals and oversee complex data-driven projects end-to-end

Responsabilidades

8+ years of experience in data architecture, platform engineering, or software development in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in data architecture and modeling, SQL, microservices, APIs, and web services
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Python, IaC, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and work within Agile methodologies
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or OT domains to translate business needs into technical solutions
Bachelor in Computer Science (or related)
Proven track record managing large, complex data projects
