Experteer Overview
In this role you own the development program and test activities for vehicle systems, driving brake target definition, and milestone delivery. You will coordinate with customers and suppliers, ensure rigorous testing and documentation, and lead risk assessments to keep projects on track.You’ll work within a multicultural, international team focused on innovative, sustainable mobility. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape vehicle validation and engineering outcomes at a global automotive leader.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own the development program and test samples (vehicle and test parts)
- Define vehicle brake targets and specifications within the target book
- Ensure milestone target fulfilment and implement corrective actions
- Perform project risk assessments and propose robust countermeasures
- Apply test procedures with precision per project requirements
- Lead regular customer meetings to report status and address concerns
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records
- Manage suppliers to meet customer requirements
- Minimum 3 years in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in technical communication across organizational levels
- Ability to communicate with customers and external partners
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative and proactive work ethic
- Results-oriented with focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Experience working in international and multicultural teams
- Desirable: prior experience in automotive testing and validation
