As a Senior Software Architect at T-Systems, you lead robust, secure, and scalable Java-based architectures in cloud environments. You will guide technical strategy, client conversations, and proposal development while driving innovation across platforms.You shape microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native solutions, balancing modernization with market standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex business projects and foster continuous learning and improvement.

- Design microservices, distributed, event-driven, cloud-native solutions
- Incorporate new tech trends (AI, observability, platform engineering) for competitive advantage
- Define synchronization strategies for platform and application modernization
- Identify opportunities for AI and advanced analytics
- Technically lead project execution; establish market-aligned standards
- Act as technical reference for the customer; participate in workshops and roadmap definition
- Prepare technical proposals, estimates and design documents (HLD/LLD)
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes deployment
- Promote continuous improvement and simplification of architectures
- Identify technical risks and mitigation plans
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team
- Senior Technician, Degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar field
- Minimum 5 years as Software Architect or Tech Lead
- Minimum 8 years software development in Java ecosystem
- Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
- Experience with JPA/Hibernate
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with microservice architectures
- Knowledge of architectural patterns (DDD, Clean, Hexagonal)
- Experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Experience in integration solutions: API Management, events, queues
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Security knowledge (OAuth2, JWT, Keycloak)
- Experience modernizing applications and platforms
- Experience technical team leadership
- Experience defining value propositions and proposals with technical leadership
- Experience in agile teams
