In this senior role you own and evolve a portfolio of critical applications, ensuring reliability, security and performance. You will bridge IT service delivery with project management, coordinating across technical and business stakeholders and external partners.You lead transformation initiatives while maintaining day-to-day operational excellence. - Ensure services meet high standards of quality, security, and reliability
- Drive a proactive, customer-centric approach to service delivery
- Lead IT projects related to application enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
- Identify risks early and lead mitigation for successful outcomes
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (internal & external) across domains
- Translate complex topics into clear, actionable plans for business and IT
- Oversee incident management, escalation processes, and service performance
- Manage IT service providers and vendors with focus on delivery and accountability
- Continuously improve processes using data-driven insights and KPIs
- Proven experience in IT Service Delivery, Application Management, or IT Operations with Project Management experience
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) and service delivery best practices
- Technical background in application development or infrastructure
- Experience managing complex IT projects and distributed teams
- Ability to own, prioritize, and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
