AW & Product Integrity Business Operational Manager
Job Description:
A vacancy for AW & Product Integrity Business Operational Manager has been arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Spain.
As AW & Product Integrity Business Operational Manager, your main tasks will be:
- CoC representative for transversal activities reporting directly to HO AW & Product Integrity
- Finance Control and payment proceses
- Outsourcing activities and Call4Tender representative
- Subcontracting activities for Spanish perimeter, acting as IOS
- Export Control Focal activities for CoC
- CoC Governance support
- Transversal Workstreams with external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Airbus Group
- Advanced level of English with oral fluency
- Communication skills
- Administrative tools management
- Soft skills: Team spirit, engagement, flexibility, leadership, positive and proactive attitude, problem solving and critical thinking
- Previous experience in transversal support or PMO is an asset
