Project & Construction manager - Engineer/Architect (Temp Agency)
Job Description:
An opportunity for a Building & construction engineer/architect has arisen within Airbus Defense and Space, Getafe, Madrid
The selected candidate will join the Facility Management Real Estate (FMRE) team and inside FMRE, the Building Construction team. FMRE is a key department in Airbus in charge of: ESG policies in the facilities, all civil works, supply and management of energy, transportation, hospitality, maintenance of the facilities, designing the spaces of the offices, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver civil works
- Design facilities and spaces
- Manage constructions and works
- Apply ESG concepts
- Apply the Airbus leadership model
SKILLS
Technical skills we are looking for: being accountable and responsible for building and construction works and projects under Airbus responsibility:
- Engineering | Architecture | (engineering level = EQF7 / MECES 3)
- Building background
- Valuable experience in construction projects in the industrial sector
- Negotiation level of English
Mandatory experience in building & construction area, as an engineer in field/or as a project technical manager.
