You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into Oracle Fusion configurations and governance. This role shapes Finance design across core processes and drives ongoing optimization in a global context.

• Shape global Finance design across GL, AP, AR, Cash, Tax, Intercompany, SLA
• Act as functional counterpart to the integrator and validate specs, config, data models, and test scenarios
• Own Finance configuration changes post-Go-Live (entities, payment formats, accounting rules, tax/localization) and coordinate with Oracle Support
• Manage the functional/technical backlog for Finance and drive simplification and best practices
• Validate Finance integrations (P2P, O2C, banking, payroll, tax) and support data migration reconciliations
• Contribute to SIT/UAT scenarios and support quarterly updates with impact assessments and testing
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud innovations and propose process optimizations
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Tech Leads, and Enterprise Architecture and transfer knowledge to Finance teams

• 5-10 years in ERP functional roles (Consultant, Lead Analyst, Functional Expert)
• Hands-on configuration in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR) with at least one full implementation
• Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and period close
• Ability to influence architecture and guide standard-first designs with the integrator
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and data-migration logic
• Excellent English communication and a hands-on, analytical mindset
