As an IT Business Analyst at Schneider Digital, you translate complex business needs into scalable IT solutions and drive end-to-end front-office transformations. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT teams, shaping how pricing, quotation, and CPQ platforms evolve across a global footprint.Your work supports scalable, reference-model–driven platforms while you own topics such as RPA, document management, UI/UX, or mobile solutions. This role partners across countries and with external IT partners to accelerate digital capabilities.

- Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose enhancements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map as-is and to-be processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external IT partners across multiple countries
- Contribute to large-scale front-office and services transformation initiatives
- Support digital platforms such as Pricing, Quotation, and CPQ solutions
- Ensure solutions follow reference models and scalable best practices
- Own topics like RPA, document management, UI/UX, or mobile solutions
- University or Engineering degree (technical or business-focused)
- 5+ years IT or business analysis experience
- 3+ years SAP SD, CS, PS module support experience
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical specs
- Experience with front-office or enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Pricefx, Oracle ERP)
- Experience in complex, international environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident stakeholder communication in English
