As a Transformation Business Analyst, you bridge business needs with digital, data and AI initiatives to deliver measurable value. You’ll analyze processes, gather requirements and help design and implement transformation efforts across functions.You act as a conduit between business stakeholders and tech teams, shaping solutions that align with strategic goals. You’ll support change adoption, track outcomes, and continuously improve through industry best practices. This role offers impact at scale within AXA’s data-driven transformation agenda.

- Designing process improvements, system enhancements, and new solutions with cross-functional teams
- Facilitating stakeholder communication and managing expectations throughout projects
- Supporting change management to ensure adoption of new processes and systems
- Contributing to project planning, scheduling, testing (including UAT) and delivery
- Defining KPIs, monitoring outcomes, and preparing stakeholder reports
- Staying informed on industry best practices and emerging trends
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation/change initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of change management principles
- Business acumen and customer orientation
- Autonomy, curiosity and innovation capability
- English fluent (spoken and written)
- Experience in an international environment is a plus
- Strong interest in AI technologies and staying updated
