In this role, you will lead turnkey Grid Technologies projects, including FACTS solutions, overseeing engineering, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning of high‑voltage equipment. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for the evolving HV network and support the energy transition.You will drive project delivery, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to profitable outcomes. This position offers impact across design to commissioning in a dynamic, mission‑driven company.

- Assist in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate the project team through all phases from design to commissioning
- Build strong customer relationships and manage project profit & loss
- Control project schedules and ensure timely equipment delivery
- Collaborate with environmental, purchasing, and legal departments
- Oversee site activities through the site manager to ensure quality and safety
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, energy, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience managing High Voltage turnkey projects
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel within Spain
- Experience with business models like UTE or consortiums (valued)
