As Service Director for GEA’s Olive Oil Center of Excellence in Iberia, you will lead the service strategy and operations for olive oil applications. You collaborate with sales, production and cross‑functional teams to drive profitability, service excellence and customer satisfaction.You’ll define P&L ownership, KPIs and standards while steering a high‑performing Iberia service team. This role offers strategic impact across Iberia in a global center focused on advanced mechanical separation technologies.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead and coordinate Pure Flow Processing (PFP) service activities for Olive Oil across Iberia
- Define and own Service P&L, KPIs, processes, standards and tools
- Collaborate with Head of Sales to support commercial activities and cross‑department orders
- Interface with customers, production and sales for cross‑functional coordination
- Develop and manage the Iberia Service Team with a focus on best practices and continuous improvement
- Monitor market/competitor trends and promote adoption of advanced service processes and cross‑selling initiatives
- Drive customer satisfaction and internal performance through ongoing optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in service roles
- Proven experience managing a service organization
- Deep knowledge of state‑of‑the‑art service processes, methods and tools
- Experience developing/executing service strategies that improve profitability
- Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and proficient English
