You will optimize utilization, manage documentation, and maintain strong client communication. This is a hands-on leadership role in a collaborative Center of Excellence, offering growth through ongoing training and international opportunities.

• Coordinate service execution requests across Spain and Portugal from internal and external customers
• Assign resources, organize service documentation, and maintain proactive communication with customers until completion
• Develop Field Service Engineers through coaching and targeted training to raise hard and soft skills
• Safeguard safety and health conditions for field teams and ensure compliant working practices
• Monitor and optimize Field Service Utilization times
• Prepare service quotations and manage invoicing related to service execution

• Bachelor in Engineering (Industrial Organization, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation)
• At least 3 years of leadership experience with large Service Execution teams within a service organization
• Experience coordinating service execution activities (resource allocation, cancellations, travel, access documentation)
• Spanish (native) & English (Advanced)
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability
• Problem-solving mindset, resilience, and solution-oriented approach
• Customer-focused with strong service orientation
• Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting centrifuges or similar equipment (preferred)
