As Marketing Technology Specialist, you will scale and optimize technical marketing operations across automation, data, and reporting. You’ll collaborate with PPC, marketing, and data engineering teams to build scalable solutions that improve campaign execution and decision-making.You solve hands-on problems while coordinating across stakeholders, focusing on automation, data infrastructure, and dashboards. This role offers the chance to shape cross-market marketing processes and drive data-driven insights.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Build and improve automation solutions for marketing workflows and campaign execution
- Advance automation initiatives using AI, APIs, and large-scale campaign data
- Collaborate with data engineers on solutions leveraging internal databases and data infrastructure
- Investigate and troubleshoot automated workflows with data validation
- Maintain and enhance technical marketing processes and workflows
- Write and use SQL to extract, review, and analyze data
- Create dashboards/reports in Tableau or Looker Studio for actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve marketing processes and data usage
- Develop scalable solutions applicable across markets and teams
- Support documentation and continuous improvement of technical marketing workflows
- Experience with programming and scripting, especially Python and SQL
- Experience with APIs, automation workflows, and data-driven processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, data validation
- Experience building dashboards with Tableau or Looker Studio
- Ability to translate business needs for technical solutions across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hands-on, collaborative role
