In this role you will grow ABB’s robotics business by expanding into laboratory automation, applying our broad product portfolio and cutting-edge tech. You will lead commissioning on medium-size projects, ensuring on-site activities, client acceptance, and compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards.You’ll support process and product improvements across projects, contributing to standardization and innovation. This role offers meaningful impact in healthcare, life sciences, and lab environments within a fast-moving, collaboration-driven setting.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Coordinate installation and commissioning activities on-site to achieve customer acceptance
- Create work plans and cost estimates to meet contractual obligations
- Initiate and monitor risk mitigation plans and update stakeholders on technical risks
- Manage external organizations to secure equipment, systems, or services for commissioning
- Contribute to R&D projects and standardization activities to drive innovation and consistency across solutions
- Hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or laboratory technologies with a track record delivering complex projects
- Experience with PLC programming, industrial communication protocols, or machine vision systems (advantage)
- Collaborative, cross-functional mindset engaging with engineering, product, and operations
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field with knowledge of robotics and automation systems
- Strong English communication in an international environment
