German Customer service agent - Málaga
Description: We are looking for Customer Support Representatives with a native level of German and an advanced level of English to work in our offices in Málaga
As a customer service specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Communicate friendly and efficiently with the customers and provide relevant information
- Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication
- Build meaningful relationship, answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets

- Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
- German- Native or bilingual.
- English - Advanced (B2-C1)
- Customer service experience.
