You’ll lead data incident responses and help shape regulatory positioning for a leader in travel tech. Join a collaborative legal team that enables innovation at scale.

• Advise Global Privacy Office and senior lawyers on data privacy to align with the compliance program and design data ownership principles.
• Support Enterprise Information Security Office on evolving regulatory requirements affecting products and services.
• Guide Technology & Engineering and Business Units to embed cyber-security and data best practices in product development.
• Define and negotiate technology partnerships and coordinate with ecosystem partners and senior counsel.
• Support advisory aspects of AI usage and incorporation into products and operations.
• Provide guidance on global technology and data deals and ensure regulatory positioning supports the company’s leadership in travel tech.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment with IP, Regulatory, and Finance & Corporate teams.
• Lead data incident response activities for Legal and manage external counsel as needed.
• Advise executive leadership on strategy in data, AI, privacy, and cybersecurity and deliver proactive training.

• Master in Law or equivalent with bar admission or comparable qualification
• 12+ years PQE in private practice and industry with focus on data privacy, AI, cyber security, and related areas
• Post-qualification certifications (ECPC-AI, AIGP, ECPC-B, Professional DPO, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) or equivalent
• Strong negotiator of commercial contracts and stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal English communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with senior stakeholders
