Experteer Overview
As a Junior Legal Counsel at Fluidra, you support the legal team in managing corporate life cycles and international contracts across EMEA. You partner with business teams and external advisers to navigate corporate restructurings, financing arrangements, and litigation coordination.This role sits at the intersection of law, business, and innovation, offering exposure to cross-functional projects in a global company. You will contribute to strategic initiatives while developing legal expertise in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Oversee corporate lifecycle activities for various entities, including incorporation, governance, minutes, and corporate actions
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements at national and international levels (confidentiality, distribution, agency, manufacturing, services, real estate, technology, turnkey projects)
- Participate in national and international corporate reorganizations (mergers, spin-offs, liquidations)
- Draft and negotiate financing agreements
- Coordinate and monitor litigation matters with external counsel
- Respond to legal queries from other departments and collaborate on cross-functional projects with Tax, Insurance, Treasury, HR, IP, IT, Data Protection, Product Compliance, etc.
- Law degree and admission to practice law
- Master’s in Company Law or related International/Business Law (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably international or at a top-tier firm
- Spanish and English proficiency (C1-C2); additional languages a plus
