As a Presales Consultant, you guide prospects in Spain and France to Spacewell solutions, translating business challenges into actionable architectures. You act as the trusted technical advisor to Sales and customers, shaping solution scenarios and coordinating with Product, Development and Professional Services.Your impact is to unlock value, ease technical barriers, and help win deals by demonstrating how Spacewell makes buildings and operations smarter and more efficient. You will deliver compelling demos, craft technical documentation, and ensure a smooth handover to Delivery teams, all while aligning with customer needs and company goals.

- Advise on technical aspects of the Spacewell portfolio within budget constraints.
- Create and deliver product demos that highlight functionality and benefits.
- Produce technical documentation to support sales proposals (descriptions, architectures, scopes, effort).
- Field in-depth technical questions with clear, honest guidance for decision making.
- Collaborate with Sales on proposals, value cases, and deal strategy through the presales cycle.
- Coordinate non-standard requirements with Product, Development, PS, and Security/CISO to define realistic scope.
- Ensure smooth handover to Professional Services with clear documentation and participation in handover meetings.
- Maintain regular stakeholder contact to refine challenges and adjust solutions as needed.
- Contribute to revenue growth and win rates by delivering high-quality demos and interactions that boost customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Spanish and French
- Experience in a presales, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role in IT or SaaS
- Strong technical expertise with ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving skills to design feasible solutions aligned with product capabilities
- Experience with solution-based selling and supporting Sales in proposals, demos, and deal closure
- Affinity with building operations, facility management, energy management, or related domains is a plus
- Customer-centric mindset with ownership, accountability, and hands-on attitude
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and events in France and Spain
