In this role you will lead global accounting operations to ensure accurate closing, robust controls, and compliant reporting. You will drive ERP modernization and automate processes to support a fast‑paced, technology‑driven business. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to align data, reporting, and governance with our strategic finance goals.

This is a hands‑on leadership position shaping scalable finance platforms and processes for growth.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Lead global accounting operations ensuring timely and accurate close under US GAAP (IFRS knowledge a plus)
Drive ERP‑level closing with strong coordination with Consolidation and FPu0026A
Maintain robust internal controls and regulatory compliance
Oversee payroll, intercompany transactions, and fixed assets processes
Collaborate with Corporate Tax on transfer pricing governance and automation
Own and optimize the global Chart of Accounts and data model in partnership with Transformation
Define and execute ERP implementation strategy, ensuring scalable processes and ready‑to‑implement to‑be processes
Champion automation and technology to reduce manual work and increase accuracy
Partner with upstream functions to ensure consistent data practices
Provide visionary leadership, mentor high‑performing accounting and digital talent
Evolve operating model to improve consistency and cross‑team collaboration

Responsabilidades

15+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Bachelor in Accounting
Deep expertise in US GAAP (IFRS knowledge a strong plus)
Professional certification preferred (CPA or CMA)
Proven track record in efficient accounting operations and financial controls
Experience with ERP implementations, especially Oracle Fusion or SAP S/4HANA
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Fluent English; French a plus
