Data Science Associate Director - Late CVRM

You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to amplify impact, while shaping the DS agenda and embedding data-driven decision making across clinical programs. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role with a strong focus on experimentation and impact.

• Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions, ML models and AI agent technologies to support data-driven decision making in drug development
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from problem framing and stakeholder alignment to implementation, change management and adoption in clinical teams
• Develop reusable data products (packages, pipelines, applications) with robust documentation and maintainability for scale across studies
• Foster collaboration across internal DS groups, engineering teams and external vendors/academics to accelerate delivery
• Scan for new methods (agentic AI, synthetic data, modern data tooling) and propose fit-for-purpose solutions with clear evaluation criteria and risk considerations
• Represent Data Science internally and externally through seminars and communities to nurture experimentation and knowledge sharing
• Mentor others, influence senior stakeholders and embed data science into everyday decision making across Late CVRM

• Significant in-depth experience analyzing data across applied business and/or scientific domains
• Python proficiency and scripting, with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Deep expertise in diverse data science methodologies including predictive AI
• Experience with generative AI and LLMs
• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying customized agentic AI applications
• Comfort presenting to and collaborating with senior stakeholders across diverse functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
