You’ll deliver training to foster risk awareness and collaborate closely with diverse teams to scale controls in a fast-paced, technology-driven bank. This is an opportunity to shape risk management maturity and contribute to a cutting-edge digital bank.

• Develop and enhance Non-Financial Risk Management and Internal Control System (ICS) to continuously mitigate risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to collect assessments and guide stakeholders on control robustness
• Organize workshops and deliver training to embed internal controls across processes
• Guide and challenge Risk and Control Assessments aligned with Risk Appetite
• Support data-driven reporting to provide actionable insights to management and the advisory board

• 5+ years of experience in Non-Financial Risk Management (including Business Continuity Risk, ICT Risk, Third Party Risk) in banking/financial services or consulting
• Experience with Internal Control Systems and standards in the financial industry
• Bachelor in Business Administration (or related field)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; problem-solving and solution orientation
• Excellent communication skills across technical and managerial levels
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Proven track record in project delivery
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
