In this role you will manage AECOM’s real estate portfolio for UK&I and Continental Europe, ensuring financial oversight and timely administration. You will work closely with the Head of Real Estate to align portfolio activities with business needs and lease obligations.You will address invoices, budgets, and service charges while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. This position offers exposure to a global infrastructure leader and a chance to shape how the portfolio supports project delivery and workplace standards.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Coordinate with the Head of Real Estate for UK&I and Continental Europe to understand business needs
- Process and approve landlords invoices (rent, service charge, insurance, storage, business rates) on monthly/quarterly cycles
- Handle broker and legal fee invoices and AP forms on ad hoc basis
- Liaise with Accounts Payable, Tax, Treasury, and Insurance teams across regions
- Serve as single point of contact with landlords and managing agents
- Coordinate annual service charge reconciliation
- Manage Business Rates approvals and payments
- Coordinate dilapidation assessments and remedial action plans
- Contribute to development of workplace policies, guidelines, and processes
- Maintain portfolio data in Co-Star and other reporting tools
- Support creation of budgets and monitor expenditure vs forecasts
- Manage services provided by real estate services partner for Europe
- Monitor lease compliance across the portfolio
- Prepare property performance reports and analytics for senior management
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships including performance and contract administration
- Solid knowledge of UK&I and Continental Europe real estate portfolio locations
- Analytical approach to space utilization and user requirements
- Meticulous attention to invoicing, supplier correspondence, GL transactions, and lease terms
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting aspects of real estate transactions
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with real estate management software, particularly Co-Star, and related tools
- Experience in lease administration, compliance monitoring, and adherence to lease terms
- Vendor and supplier relationship management experience including performance monitoring and contracts
- Budget management and financial forecasting capabilities
- Knowledge of UK and European commercial real estate regulations, compliance, and best practices
