Senior Project Manager - Occupiers Real Estate

You’ll influence design and construction delivery while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. This role offers impact at scale within a global real estate services group and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

• Define overall project success criteria (time, cost, technical and performance)
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams
• Review contracts for services with clients/sub-consultants per policy
• Develop detailed project plans and advise on procurement of design and construction resources
• Monitor performance using KPIs to improve project outcomes
• Establish and manage change control processes
• Monitor project finances and budgets
• Facilitate information flow with client through meetings and written updates
• Produce formal project progress reports
• Manage design team in line with commission scope
• Monitor and manage contractors per commission scope
• Develop contractor interfaces and coordination structures

• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Construction Management or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
• Preferred background in Architecture
• Strong Design Management skills
• Experience in office fit-out is preferred
• Experience in the Spanish market
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills
• Good written and reporting skills
• Fluent English and Spanish
