Experteer Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst in Lodgify’s Data Team, you turn complex data into actionable insights that drive product optimization and growth. You will partner with Product squads to analyze user journeys from acquisition to retention and to design evidence-based strategies.You’ll define customer value metrics, run end-to-end funnel analyses, and lead A/B experiments to improve conversion. Your work will translate KPIs into product signals and dashboards that clearly show impact, enabling data-driven decisions. This role offers meaningful scope to shape product strategy at a fast-growing, international company.

- Analyze activation, engagement, and retention across cohorts to find friction points
- Partner with Product teams to prioritize and measure funnel improvements
- Define and track customer value metrics and business KPIs, translating them into actionable product signals
- Create dashboards showing the impact of product changes on customer value and outcomes
- Design and lead A/B tests focused on funnel conversion, and propose new experiments
- Select success metrics, analyze results, and interpret statistical significance
- Develop and maintain data models using dbt (incremental models, snapshots, documentation) and optimize BigQuery queries
- Work as an embedded peer within Product squads to surface pain points and bottlenecks
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior analysts
- 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, ideally in SaaS or product analytics
- Proven funnel analysis and optimization experience with proven conversion improvements
- Strong A/B testing expertise and ability to analyze statistical significance
- Solid business acumen and ability to define scope and execute autonomously
- Expert-level SQL proficiency including window functions and BigQuery experience
- Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
- Data visualization skills with Looker, Power BI, Metabase, or similar
- Excellent communication skills translating insights into business recommendations
