You’ll analyze large healthcare datasets, identify opportunities, and present clear recommendations to sponsors and leaders. This role combines analytics, reporting, and strategic impact in a mission-driven diagnostics environment.

• Design, develop, and support clinical dashboards, KPI informatics, and reports to meet customer needs
• Identify trends and integrate them into forecasting/reporting for future product development
• Translate data into detailed reports with recommendations to reduce cost of care and improve value
• Collaborate with clinical teams and program partners to drive performance through data-driven conclusions
• Own end-to-end reporting processes and secure timely delivery of analytics deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, public health, or Medical Laboratory Science and 5–9 years of experience as Data Analyst or LIS analyst, with at least 5 years in a healthcare environment
• Experience handling very large data sets (100,000,000+ records) and performing data ingestion, profiling, ETL/ELT
• 5+ years cloud analytics experience (Azure SQL, Fabric, Power BI, OneLake) and strong DBMS knowledge (Azure SQL preferred: DQL, DDL, DML)
• 5+ years managing database performance (index optimization, partitioning, semantic models, DAX)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1+); Spanish C1+; German or French B2+
