In this role you will coordinate proactive multichannel communication to sustain customer satisfaction aligned with client needs. You will manage monthly social media calendars and act as the main contact to resolve questions, publish content plans, and engage with audiences.You will monitor trends and real-time moments to leverage opportunities with the creative agency, and pursue influencer and KOL conversations to amplify messages. You will report on Social Media and Care performance and explore new formats and tones to keep brands relevant.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role shaping brand conversations and outcomes.

- Publish the monthly content plan and respond to comments and inquiries to strengthen audience engagement
- Monitor conversation trends and cultural moments to drive real-time marketing opportunities with the creative agency
- Identify, contact, and foster conversations with influencers and key opinion leaders to amplify brand messages
- Oversee Social Media and Care channels (Social Media, Care via email and phone) and promote network content
- Participate in team meetings to report on project status and contribute to content creation
- Produce monthly quantitative and qualitative reports on Social Media and Care performance
- Research new trends in RRSS to inform content, formats, platforms, and tone
