In this role, you coordinate and manage direct communications across digital channels to sustain customer satisfaction. You oversee monthly social media calendars, publish content plans, and engage with comments and queries to strengthen brand-consumer bonds.You monitor conversations and trends for real-time marketing in collaboration with the creative team, and you drive influencer outreach to amplify messages. You also report on Social Media and Care performance and research new formats and platforms to keep the brand relevant.

- Publish monthly content plan, respond to comments/queries, engage with consumers, and spot trends
- Monitor conversations and cultural moments for real-time marketing with the creative agency
- Identify, contact, and engage influencers/KOLs to amplify brand messages and boost engagement
- Manage Social Media and Care channels (email and phone), and promote content
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to content creation
- Produce monthly quantitative and qualitative reports on Social Media and Care performance
