As the Global Capability Owner Back Office Integration, you design end-to-end business processes and translate complex requirements for IT and domain partners. You balance strategic governance with hands-on run-phase support to ensure seamless, automated integration between digital product contracts and back-office systems.

You drive capabilities to make Roche Diagnostics operate like a software company, with global process ownership and continuous improvement. You work across product, domain, and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. This role offers impact at scale in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Lead design, development, deployment, and automation of processes and solutions for Roche Diagnostics' software-like operations
  • Implement and execute the end-to-end strategy in collaboration with product teams, domain processes, IT, and affiliates
  • Drive future capabilities to support a software-based business and integrate product world with back-office
  • Own global end-to-end processes across the division and act as a role model/coach
  • Provide Level 3 support for operational issues and ensure rapid investigation and resolution
  • Transfer process expertise to deployment and services teams and key users
  • Develop global state-of-the-art processes with a focus on customer experience, governance, and simplicity
  • Embed metrics/KPIs in processes and pursue targeted improvements
  • Lead governance, prioritization, and change management with global and local stakeholders
  • Oversee program and project management, roadmap realization, and agile leadership
  • Ensure run-phase stability, compliance, and integration of the Software Monetization Platform
  • Carry out revenue and financial integrity responsibilities and collaborate with cross-functional troubleshooters
Responsabilidades
  • Bachelor in Business Economics and/or Business Informatics/Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Fluent in English; other languages beneficial
  • Proven SAP SD and FI expertise; MM experience is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years in commercial/finance functions, BPM, service operations, and project support
  • Experience in international and intercultural environments
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid methodological background (SAFe, LEAN, SCRUM) and change management
  • Customer-focused, compliant, and proactive continuous improvement mindset
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
