Senior Product Manager - Cards & Digital Wallets

You collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow card adoption and revenue, align with market trends, and deliver scalable card solutions. • Own the cards ordering and lifecycle flow for digital and physical payments, focusing on growth and revenue.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and drive team goals.
• Identify pain points and opportunities with support from various company areas; brainstorm and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve the day-to-day cards experience.
• Work with external partners to improve ordering and delivery performance and stay aligned with market trends.
• Develop technical solutions that enable frictionless and secure card flows.
• Ensure successful product rollouts through cross-functional collaboration with local markets, marketing, operations, compliance, and engineering.
• Leverage SQL to measure impact and track results.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in FinTech, banking, or cards products.
• Strong UX and innovation skills for growth and revenue.
• Experience with card networks (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard) or card processors.
• Undergraduate degree in STEM, business, or economics; MBA or MS a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; familiarity with SQL.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of agile product development and delivery.
• Excellent technical acumen and curiosity about APIs, programming languages, and databases.
