You help balance progression systems and ensure content delivers value for players and the business. You’ll work across cross-functional teams in a hybrid/remote-first setup to shape future live operations and content strategy.

• Plan and execute the live content calendar, including events and offers
• Analyze player behavior and game data to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content aligned with player needs and business goals
• Balance progression systems with economy and game design input
• Monitor feature and event performance; propose data-driven improvements
• Develop product documentation, roadmaps, and KPIs for key initiatives
• Contribute to competitive analysis and build business cases for new content and features
• Support testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses

• Solid experience in product management, ideally in free-to-play mobile or live service games
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
• Understanding of core F2P mechanics, retention, and monetization best practices
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams
