Experteer Overview

You will mentor engineers, package reusable techniques as Lego Bricks, and ensure solutions scale across SGS. This is a strategic leadership position within SGS's digital transformation journey, combining hands-on delivery with platform-centric collaboration.

• Define and own the AI agenda for a designated business area, translating problems into high-value AI initiatives
• Co-develop roadmaps from discovery to deployment with business leaders
• Lead hands-on development of AI-powered applications, including data analysis, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows
• Leverage the central AI Hub platform and reusable components to accelerate delivery
• Provide feedback to shape the central AI roadmap and contribute reusable Lego Bricks to the library
• Mentor product engineers within the Accelerator Team and set a high standard for technical excellence
• Own project outcomes from business case to delivery and handover, ensuring robustness and value
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders to align on requirements and impact

• Applied Generative AI & LLMs experience with hands-on building and shipping apps
• Experience with RAG architectures, agentic systems (LangChain, LlamaIndex), fine‑tuning, and evaluation
• Strong product mindset translating business needs into technical requirements
• Expert-level Python and solid ML/DL foundation (PyTorch preferred)
• Hands-on AI infrastructure and MLOps: vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), Docker, Kubernetes
• Cloud AI services (GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker)
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• 8+ years in AI/ML with hands-on leadership
