In this role you will bridge business needs and IT, shaping technology solutions for Flowserve’s global operations. You will lead complex requirement gathering and translate needs into actionable specs, driving measurable business value. You collaborate with leaders, IT, and external partners across regions to define future-state processes and solutions.You will work on analytics, governance, and change management to support scalable, reliable outcomes. Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead elicitation, documentation, and validation of complex business and technical requirements across IT initiatives
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions aligned with business objectives
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors; facilitate workshops and reviews
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders across time zones and regions
- Partner with IT development, infrastructure, and service teams to ensure correct solution design and implementation
- Support UAT with test scenarios and feedback coordination; assist with deployment planning and post-implementation support
- Develop dashboards/reports with Power BI; perform data validation and analysis using Excel, Power Query, SQL
- Identify opportunities to improve IT and business processes through automation, standardization, or optimization; ensure governance and IT standards
- Contribute to documentation standards and knowledge repositories
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in a Business Analyst or Senior Analyst role within IT or enterprise environments
- Strong experience gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ITSM and enterprise platforms (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, ERP systems)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
