As a Business/Functional Analyst, you will gather and analyze business and user needs, translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in an agile environment and use data visualization to support decision-making.You’ll define acceptance criteria, prioritize requirements, and validate solutions through UAT. This role shapes project scope and feasibility across technology initiatives.

- Define acceptance criteria with business stakeholders
- Prepare functional analysis (DAF) and prioritize requirements, identifying MVPs
- Monitor UATs and perform functional validation; report to end customer
- Translate requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specs
- Validate implemented solutions against defined requirements
- Support development of business cases and feasibility analyses
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst or similar requirements gathering role
- Experience gathering requirements through interviews, workshops, and shadowing
- Experience on real technology projects (not just support/PMO)
- Direct involvement in drafting functional documents (DAF/SRS/FRD/User Stories)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
