In this role you lead Spain market development for a vitamin and nutritional supplements business, aligning with European objectives to grow B2B sales. You will build a commercial structure for a newly established subsidiary and pursue long-term partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other channels.

You’ll shape go-to-market strategies, support product launches, and report KPIs to the European headquarters. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial position with scope to scale the business across Spain.

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure long-term strategic partnerships and key account agreements

  • Build and structure the commercial activity of a recently established subsidiary
  • Represent the company at industry trade fairs, exhibitions, and sector events
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support sales initiatives and product launches
  • Monitor KPIs, forecast, and report regularly to European HQ
Responsabilidades
  • 5–7+ years of experience in senior commercial roles (National KAM, Sales Manager, or similar)
  • Background in nutritional supplements, FMCG, pharma, health, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of Spanish B2B distribution channels
  • Experience in start-up subsidiaries, scale-up environments, or building commercial structures
  • Fluent English
