As Frontend Lead Engineer for Prime, you guide a cross-functional team to grow the subscriber base on a leading travel subscription platform. You shape technical direction, translate requirements into scalable frontend solutions, and mentor a high-performing group of engineers.You collaborate with product, architecture, and data science to deliver high-value, performant experiences. This role offers impact at scale in a fast-moving, AI-powered travel ecosystem.

- Translate functional specs into high-performance frontend architectures and tasks
- Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, and Data Science to set technical strategy

- Define module-level technical strategy and ensure optimal performance
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and shaping team culture with an agile coach
- Manage performance, set goals, prioritize work, and balance team capacity

- JS/JavaScript proficiency and OO design
- Knowledge of system design, performance tuning, and design patterns
- Experience with distributed, concurrent, scalable systems
- Experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and AI-enabled workflows
- Curiosity for experimentation and AI-driven development
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions
