Frontend Software Engineer - Convert (Hybrid)

Experteer Overview

You’ll build scalable UIs, ensure high quality through testing, and participate in product ideation to deliver customer value. This is a hands-on, collaborative role in a fast-moving travel tech company with a strong AI-backed platform.

• Build modern frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, styled-components, and GraphQL
• Ensure code quality through solid testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and tooling (Rspack, Docker, Babel, npm)
• Work in a distributed microservices environment, delivering daily deployments with SOLID principles and TDD
• Be part of a cross-functional team (7-10) including POs, UXers, QAs, and data scientists
• Develop algorithms and solutions for travel tech challenges with a focus on performance and quality
• Contribute to product definition and ideation, and participate in an agile Kanban process
• Promote continuous learning through workshops, hackathons, and community involvement
• Own and monitor the performance of product and technical OKRs

• Strong mastery of JavaScript, with 5+ years of experience at scale
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, concurrency, design patterns, and algorithms
• Experience with microservices, clean code, SOLID, and TDD
• Ability to deliver high-quality code with thoughtful design and test quality
• Knowledge of Cloud and Continuous Delivery environments
• Data-driven mindset with design-pattern skills to tackle business challenges
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong communication
• Team player with mentoring and collaboration skills
