Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager - Real Estate

You will deliver cost estimates, cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration and variations to optimize project value. • Collaborate with clients and internal/external stakeholders
• Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties (cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, final accounts)
• Conduct estimating and cost planning, including presenting final cost plans
• Manage tendering and procurement activities (pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender reports, contracting documents)

• A recognized Degree Qualification
• Relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy environment
• Sector experience across real estate construction projects
• Highly motivated, capable of working independently
• Excellent written and spoken English and preferably Spanish with strong report and bid-writing skills
