- Lean Product Validation: rapidly validate high-impact prototypes using AI-driven tools and cost-efficient experiments
- Driving Measurable Impact: own critical KPIs including revenue, adoption, and customer effort
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: build trusted relationships with Real Estate leadership and cross-domain partners
- AI-Driven Product Craft: disseminate best practices to improve product development with AI
- Organizational Impact: set OKRs, goals, and North Star metrics affecting business KPIs
- 5+ years of PM experience in classifieds, e-commerce or high-growth tech
- Strategic maturity to present complex stories to C-level stakeholders
- Data, engineering, design fluency with product metrics and UX patterns
- AI proficiency: designing workflows and rapid validation with AI
- Senior leadership: capable of mentoring PMs and leading multi-team initiatives
- Monetization experience is a plus
